Where do you ship your beer?

We currently ship to most residential and business addresses across Australia. Please note that someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most metro areas receive their beer within 3-5 business days.

How should I store my Mountain Culture beer?

To ensure you enjoy the hop profile and freshness as intended, we highly recommend storing all our beers refrigerated and upright at all times.

What happens if my cans are damaged during transit?

While we pack our boxes securely, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.

Can I click and collect my order?

Yes, you can select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout to collect your order directly from our Emu Plains or Katoomba locations during opening hours.

Are your beers vegan-friendly?

The majority of our core range and limited releases are vegan-friendly. If a specific beer contains lactose or other animal-derived adjuncts, it will be clearly listed in the product description.
