This can holds an extra serving of the beer that we hold dearest to our hearts here at Mountain Culture. What started at Juicy Pale 1 when we first opened the Katoomba Brewpub went through multiple iterations before it became our Status Quo.
Since then it is the beer we have produced, sold, tested and drunk most along our journey as well as forming the base for our hazy limited releases.
The tightly dialled in blend of Cashmere, Centennial, Mosaic and Citra hops provides an intricate tropical fruit and citrus profile whilst our original hazy house strain keeps it light, dry and refreshing with a gentle sweetness that will have you reaching for more.
