Odd One Out - Decoction Weizenbock

In a first for Mountain Culture, we've brewed a German-style bock using traditional decoction mashing techniques. Three temperature rests ensured the greatest flavour extraction from under-modified pilsner and wheat malts. These malts, combined with a hefe yeast give flavours of dark fruits, a hint of chocolate and banana. An appreciation beer for true craft lovers.
