Well, DJ had this wild idea that we put heaps of Mosaic hops into this beer to produce a hazy double dry-hopped IPA with the hope that it would produce aromatic fruity flavours. In anticipation of finding out if this ludicrous idea could become a reality, the brewers got down to work to make the impossible possible. The result is a hazy DDH IPA with tropical flavours and a drier, more session-able finish.
