When Mr West reached out to brew a beer with them for Good Beer Week in collaboration with Canadian brewing royalty Collective Arts, we were very excited but, brewing a version of their international hit beer, Ransack The Universe, is next level, Tom-Cruise-on-Oprah’s-couch exciting.
Presenting: Ransack The Multiverse, a NEIPA version of Collective Arts’ famous West Coast IPA. We used the same hop profile - Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy - and dry hopping ratios and then we supplemented with Spectrum liquid hop extracts for each hop. This gives tropical fruits, mango and citrus flavours on steroids, and it finishes with a creamy, silky smooth, hazy body.
