Simcoe By Sunset - Single Hop WCIPA

This beer is part of a dual release alongside Amarillo by Sunrise WCIPA.

For Amarillo by Sunrise and Simcoe by Sunset, we used the same base recipe and then chose to highlight a different dry hop for each.

Simcoe hops take the centre stage in this WCIPA to give pronounced pine and earthy aromas with a balance of fruity flavours. The unique-yet-complex notes of berry, citrus and apricot shine through to complement the inviting bitterness created from the early Simcoe additions to the whirlpool.
